[1]: What is CC999.999

Chaos Designs is 999.999 demoparti (more on the text
"Party") for the Spectrum scenery. It's not quite "normal"
party, this time it is "virtual." This means that, although not
there is no central location, everyone can participate
and attend or organize their own local parties under the
auspices SS.999.999. The party will take place from 1st
December this until the first January 2000. At this time, all
you'll need Vote on the works.

[2]: Why do we need CC999.999

Yes, we all know too well that this year was very rich
in terms of parties, it seems that the record was set on the
number of various parties and festivals. Most of the add had
been organized in Russia, about the same time (summer). And
that's good, because more people may attend such meetings, the

Still, it is worth remembering that none of these had demoparti
more than a couple of demonstrations and about the same amount
intro. This is somewhat unfortunate, as it is quite clear
that some work was done on a completely different level of
compared with demos / intros submitted to the same party.
Can not it be nice to see how this would really
cool work competed with each other? Of course it would. This
The first reason why we need such a party. Secondly ...
Not many people had the chance to vote for these parties.
Somebody just was not there, others could not vote (as
For example, we, the poor organizers). Anyway, now would be
differently. We can all vote for our favorite work.
This is the second reason. There are more, but we'll keep that
only these two.

[3]: the work of

We have established a fairly simple rule to work. All intro
Category 4k and demonstrations for Spectrum memory up to 128k
(Whether for a clone of work was developed), issued in
In 1999 allowed in competition. Work in previous years did not
used. Music and graphics also admitted despite the fact
that they are quite a lot.

[4]: Rules and restrictions

Rules are not so much. You can not vote for their
own work and can not vote more than once.
The rest depends on you. How much work would you rate this deal
you, but at least 5 papers. The minimum score for 1 and
maximum 10. Your voice should be sent to the _etom_ year
(Until Dec. 31. Late votes will not count unless
really good reason, but even then, one week later
Latecomers all your votes will be lost, so do not
Arrive). Results will be announced on 17th January 2000.

[5]: How to vote

Just vote. You see all the work produced in this
, at parties and choose the best or just put the estimate
each job. The latter is preferable for the formation of
good and correct results. Do not forget that you
must vote in at least 5 job. As
remember that his own party is always a good idea, invite
all my friends and comrades Spectrum scenery, take
All that will only be able to get to the party this year and
vote! More people you can invite - all the better. Please do not

deceive, or suffer the whole scene, and we assume no
can!

In short, get vote as much as possible of people
vote on all the work, send your votes as possible
possible. Keep your scene!
