     The second annual virtual festival of computer art 
Artcomp'99 to our regret not take place this year.




     The reasons for this are:


* A sufficient number of other festivals similar
  Nogo kind;
* Short time intervals between these festivals
  lyami;
* The interest shown in such festivals

  too small, that does not guarantee sufficient to
  number of studies;
* In connection with the crisis of tension OPS
  SETTING in the country, which also does not bode ho
