From the authors - Opening remarks.

     Hello, you dear readers!
Here's what happened this momentous event - the output of the 
seventh issue of our magazine. Thank you to all those who did 
not despair wait for our meeting, which, unfortunately, for too 
long delayed. I will not talking here about the causes that led 
to such a break - they are part of you learn from the other 
articles in this issue. 

     As you've probably already noticed,
our journal has changed the look, we hope that the better. By 
the way, do not forget to read about news in the help section. 
And if you find any bugs in the shell, then not much run down, 
or better write to the editors and tell us about them. 

     To be fair,
that many materials have become obsolete, so
were written in the summer (well, someone who is, for example, 
it is interesting to read about ENLIGHT'97?), But we decided to 
leave them, people to work for nothing did not disappear.


     Hopefully, the next number
magazine will be released much faster than this,
at least we will not have to globally change the shell and lose 
the editor (because at the moment it is not -)). 

     So, dear readers, the rate of release of the next number 
depends now largely up to you. Please send materials, 
testimonials, and any other information deserve, in your 
opinion, attention.
