its not an easy march to the long-suffering
world. It is regrettable, but this year
has not been easy for the world community, not easy for the 
planet Earth. Natural disasters rolled one after another, 
holding the world's population is here and there. Particularly 
difficult to have to, of course, our native Russia. Still a 
problem number one for all of us remains Chechnya:

it proved once again the October terrorist attack in
Moscow. The economy of the country is so unstable that predict 
future day shall be taken only very self-confident

   But, dammit, there is one circumstance which, surely, would 
give optimism not only to me. Our Spectrum continues alive, and 
his well-being depends very little on Natural disturbances and 
wars, his life depends on us, on spektrumistov. Of course,

this is important. There is nothing more than life itself ...
