     HOW TO "Make friends" ALASM 4.1 and STS 6.2



     Available in my version ALASM 4.1 was designed to work 
with STS 5.1, but to use it together with STS 6.2, had to make 
the following changes: 


    File "alasm48 ":


       # 8BDC: # 17 # DF

       # B241: # 63 # FE

       # B249: # 69 # FE



    File "alasm67 ":


       # 8BF7: # 17 # DF

       # B25C: # 63 # FE

       # B264: # 69 # FE



    File "alasm68 ":


       # 8BDF: # 17 # DF

       # B244: # 63 # FE

       # B24C: # 69 # FE



     If you want to use STS 6.2 with no
ALASM, as with any other assembler note: at # DF16 in the STS 
is a command-type LD HL, # 1111, will be recorded in the 
register H number, issued at the port of extended memory before 
starting the assembly (this number is set in Setup), and in the 
case L - a number that will be issued at the port # 7FFD. If 
necessary, these numbers should be corrected.
