                ARTCOMP 1998



     International Festival of Computer Art Artcomp'98 will be 
held simultaneously in several cities in Russia during 1998 and 
will end on 1 October of the same year. 


     The purpose of this festival - to unite all people,
somehow related to computers and Speccy
Profi. It is based on these platforms will be
Festival.


     The main difference from Artcomp'a FunTop'a and
Enlight'a is its originality. The fact is
that will be held Artcomp by mail. This circumstance provides 
an opportunity to participate in festival and for those who for 
one reason or another do not can travel to St. Petersburg or 
Moscow. In addition, permitted to participate in several 
activities. For example, you want to hang out at FunTop'e and

the same time take part in another festival
There is nothing easier: you send your works to us,
and themselves go on FunTop, taking with them those
same work.



     The festival will be held on the principle of a national 
jury. That is, after we (CRG) commended the work of other 
members will appreciate the computer world, trying at the same 
time to show these works to as many people to more objective 
assessment. Those, in turn, peredatut baton to others, etc., 
etc. .. In eventually work back to us in Barrow. We calculate 
all the estimates, and ready. Then, this volume of work and 
report on the events after what it's all put on the market 
(through the well-known traders, of coz), and collected in this 
way funds are allocated to winners. 


     This system allows you to participate in the festival and 
jury.

              Now for the rules.



     Each author or group shall not
more than one job in each category. Works are accepted until 
October 1, 1998. The letter must include: the return address, 
surname (Group name), phone (if available), full title of each 
work. Works are accepted on disks 5.25 "and 3.5".




               ZX DEMO COMPO



     The transition between the parts of the demo should not 
require a keystroke. Forbidden pure animation. It is advisable 
to adhere to standard EURODEMO (Trackmo). The maximum amount of 
demonstration - 1 disc. Demo should not contain copy protection.



              ZX 8K INTRO COMPO



     Same requirements as for the demo, but the volume intro 
should not exceed 32 sectors (8192 bytes). 



                ZX GFX COMPO



     Works must be in standard format -
6912 bytes. Prohibited scanned or transferred
with other platforms, graphics, and handling foreign
work.


               ZX MUSIC COMPO



     Accepted only interrupt-music. Duration Mouzon is not 
limited. Works are accepted only as a source for the following 
music editor: Sound Tracker, Sound Tracker Pro, Asc Sound 
Master. If the music is written in another editor, you need to 
send and editor together with the compiler.



             ZX MINIATURE COMPO



     This compo will participate, and artists
and musicians. The meaning is: the picture on the screen and 
plays Digital Music. It is important that the picture fit 
within the meaning of music. In evaluating the performance will 
be recorded and their originality. 


              PROFI DEMO COMPO



     Volume demos no more than 800K. Necessarily the presence 
of CFG file. Dema must be on a disk system, otherwise, you may 
experience compatibility problems. 


            PROFI 16K INTRO COMPO



     Same requirements as for the demo, but the amount should 
not exceed intro 16384 bytes. 



               PROFI GFX COMPO



     Accepted the work, made in an editor Grand Croix (GRF 
format). Not accepted scanned or transferred from other 
platforms work. 


              PROFI MUSIC COMPO



     Accepted Mouzon, written only in the editor Synth Master 
(STM format). Banned the conversion Mouzon with other 
platforms. Duration of the music is not limited. 


     Work to be viewed on the Profi
computer, the following configuration: Profi v. 5.03,
9MHz, 1024K RAM, palette, Covox, FDD 5.25 "and 3.5".
