Charts - Need any? Yes, of course needed. Need to
to know the leaders, to know the most popular people on the 
platform to know the needs of the scene.


We decided to give you new charts - scream charts. In 
principle, this quite standard - each stsenovy e-zine should 
have their charts, and we decided not to depart from tradition.


How to vote, I think it should be clear: for friends and myself 
- impossible, for all the others - you can. Rename the 
resulting file in your name and send to kristoph@pisem.net. 
Deadline receiving votes - three months after the release of 
the magazine, ie, not quite three months ... rather, three 
months without a week. 

Suggest new category actively vote and be sure - in the new 
issue of "crying" you will find the result their effort
