   8 years have passed since the release of the last one
Info Guide numbers. What has changed on Spec─
truma during this time? We saw a lot of new ones
persons, many new programs; at the same time, we
lost a lot and many.
   With the arrival of the Internet and the departure of "slow─
no communication" our special one was lost─
new culture, the atmosphere that once held
Spectrum afloat.

   This issue was created long and hard.
There were a lot of plans. Over the years, the directory
where articles for the issue were accumulated,
has grown into a monster with hundreds of records on
a variety of topics.
   But a magazine is not just a set of texts─
Comrade, this is more like a book. Were before our eyes
all past issues of computer magazines and
newspapers that I edited and in which
participated. This time I decided to change
the structure of the magazine and I hope that it is not in vain.
   In addition, the magazine is also about people.
Many people supported the magazine, for which they
huge gratitude. No such support
