   Since the release of ECHO 3 was already 10
months from the time a lot of beer has flowed,

World SPECCY. And after a long hiatus ECHO with you again.

after much deliberation REAL SOFTWARE (we are the only who 
stayed in Brest SPECCY the maintenance of the numerous "NEW")
