Hello All!

Anticipating possible questions - want to
comment on the results.

Unfortunately this year, the counting of votes, we noticed some 
trends that suggest the sad thoughts:


1) Attempts to vote more than once

2) Trying to give a paper a few
just five points (such as: 4-5 5.4 4-5)

3) "Group voting" - arrive in 1910
(Eg) people to party with a purpose - to promote any work
one of the first places. And all 10 people
put this work 5 stars. Such tactics
primarily used among spektrumistov and amizhnikov

4) Voting spektrumistov mostly
only for the Spectrum competition'y.
(Among PCshnikov it was also, but not so
explicitly expressed).

In connection with the above, I recommend quietly take to the 
results and not perceive them as truth in the last

instance. This is especially true gfx and
music compo.

Hello All!

Finally I'm slightly sleep off and may even
almost to perceive what is happening

much better than last year, which incidentally
