   Upon receipt of the work - 16 spectrum gfx and 43 spectrum
music - the rules MilleniuM was made one important change:
Maximum 1 entry per author in each of the spectrum music
compo.

   Why it was done and how is selection made? Immediately after
deadline, it became clear that music is too much and have to 
spend preselekt. The fact that preselekt was conducted by 
professional zx-musicians are not involved in the component 
could not be and speech, will understand why. Therefore 
preselekt was conducted two simple spektrumistami on their 
subjective taste. These bombers were Diver and Siril/4D. But 
there were very strong difficulties in reducing the number of 
works in nocopy music compo, because a very large number of 
"average", in our opinion, Mouzon. In addition, with this 
preselekte generally flew a lot of people, even sent to 2 
nocopy track. On the same day, one intelligent man brought me 
to the individual thought - change the rules com. Of course, 
it's kind of cruel and goes somewhere beyond common sense;), 
but this possibility has been stipulated in advance in the 
rules and showed me the best way. In this regard, 15 minutes 
was carried out cuts to 12/15 (copy / nocopy) Mouzon. When 
choosing from 2 Mouzon one author (and nocopy, for example, 10 
musicians were sent to 2 tracks), I was guided by: a) personal 
preferences of the authors, b) the results of the previous 
preselekta and nothing else.


   With such a truncation number of papers published are not 
included on the component, in my opinion, has no special 
meaning, because to truly sorry was only one track. 

   Responsibility for this change of rules I am - Diver/4D,
so that Fakie and Additional addresses me, even though nothing 
wrong in all that I can not see, because I think it's better 
than listening to 43 tracks, or completely throw away any 
musicians with components (eg, prislyvshih 3-4 tracks).
