[1]: What is CC999.999


   Construction of Chaos 999.999 - is demoparti (hereinafter
"Party") for the Spectrum scenery. It's not quite "normal"
party; this time it is "virtual." This means that, although not
there is no central location, everyone can participate
and attend or organize their own local parties under the 
auspices SS.999.999. The party will take place in the period 
from December 1 this year on January 1, 2000 At this time, all 
you'll have to vote on the works. 

[2]: Why do we need CC999.999


   Yes, we all know too well that this year was very rich in 
terms of parties, it seems, was a record for the number of 
different parties and festivals. Most of the add had been 
organized in Russia, about the same time (summer). And it is 
good because more people can attend such meetings, but 
nevertheless, do not forget that none of these demoparti had no 
more than a couple of demonstrations and about the same the 
number of intro. This is somewhat unfortunate, as it is quite 
clear that some work was done on an entirely different level 
compared with demos / intros, submitted on the same party. Can

with each other? Of course, it was would be nice. This is the 
first reason why we need such a party. Secondly ... Not many 
people had the chance to vote on these parties. Somebody just 
was not there, others could not vote (as, for example, we, the 
poor organizers:)). Anyway, now will be different. We can all 
vote for our favorite work. This is the second reason. There 
are more, but we'll keep that only these two.

   We have established a fairly simple rule to work. All the 
intro in the category 4k and demonstrations for Spectrum memory 
to 128k (no matter for what a clone), released in 1999, allowed 
in the competition. Work of previous years are not used. Music 
and graphics are also allowed, despite the fact that they are 
quite a lot. 

[4]: Rules and restrictions


   Rules are not so much. You can not vote for their
own work and can not vote more than once.
The rest depends on you. How much work would you rate this deal
you, but at least 5 papers. The minimum score for 1 and maximum 
10. Your voice should be sent to the etom_godu (up to December 
31). Late votes will not count unless really good reason, but 
even then, one week later, all your votes Latecomers will be 
lost, so do not be late. Results will be announced on January 
17, 2000 

[5]: How to vote


   Just vote. You see all the work produced in this
year at parties, and selects the best or just put the estimate
each job. The latter is preferable for the formation of good
