   Hello!


   December proved to be rich in all kinds of scenic shifts
such as virtual party and update the rules-person party.
For non-network (and those networks that ekhi not read it:)) 
Readers are publishing whole heap of messag which descended 
from ehokonferentsy ZX.SPECTRUM and DEMO.DESIGN. 

   At the end of the penultimate year of the twentieth century 
is hardly surprising popularity of the word "millenium":), and 
here for two Events under almost the same name - "Millenium" and

"Millennium" - is brewing on the scenic site of ZX-Spectrum,
PC and Amiga. One of them - a virtual party - had actually 
started another - a festival in Minsk - held in May 2000. With 
all the consonance of the names are different events! 

   Another virtual competition is CC999.999, which aims - to 
identify the best of the best work (deme, graphics, music) of 
the number participating in the festival of computer art in 
1999. 

   In the grid festival competition CC000, planned, as is 
known, at the end of summer 2000, including the nomination of 
the IC. Since general, the rules have not changed CC000, Nicron 
115 publishes only short amendment to the rules. (A complete 
text of the rules publish from time to time we will continue 
to:) so do not forget of CC000:)).


   A little humor for a snack from Fido (blin! ;-)) - the third
millennium, the hard work of rescuers:) and of a poor student
:). Actually razvlekalovka here I stored on the screw
for New Year's rates Nicron-a, and today it is so, like a 
workout. ;-)
