 Hello narodische! I've been a little thought and decided to 
tell you how to act, if that, to whom you are calling is busy 
and thus are 'clean' (in the sense without the crackle, hiss) 
beeps.  First of all I would say that the way I tried. Thus, 
dialing the number, MGTS you abruptly or after 4-5 seconds, 
produces pure whistles. Again - same thing. So: THIS TRIP!  
Press the reset on your phone, wait for the tone, and now dial 
'100 '. Sometimes (in rare cases) even to '100 'to you give 
'busy'. In order for such a situation does not arise again, 
hang up and tap on the phone than anything.  If all goes well, 
then again dial the person to whom you wish to ring a chime and 
MGTS Maybe! You connect!  Explanation: This is due to the fact 
that we do not have the normal lines, all the decay.  By the 
way, about the article in ZxNews 22, there has been described 
by way of free long distance calls. I have that something is

'busy'. Here There is another 'but' I live in Moscow suburbs 
and my PBX is actually independent of MGTS, so a big request to

for the information!  PSProgrammu I made myself, and it is able 
to dial '15 '. It seems it does not slow down, at least in 
Moscow, you can call (not long distance).
