Kovrov. This section was not very long ago, and the reasons for
this fact, for some reason do not. But now, when you have a 
whole bunch of software, which we all enjoy with great pleasure,

survey was conducted online speccy-population of our city.
Respondents were not as many as we would like (only 9 people),

   Surely, everyone thought it was time to Dizzy-like toys 
passed but not in Kovrov. As is evident from the survey, it is 
this game called Operation RR by Galaxy won the attention and 
time almost all of us. Perhaps she deserves it - nice graphics, 
good music, most complex and interesting plot - what more need 
to play like? So, OPERATION, RR today provost's rightful place!


   In second place we have no less interesting, and very high 
quality made RPG game - A Last Hero Of The Light Force by Excess

Team. Dumovidnost, fantasy-style, an interesting plot, excellent
graphics, action-insert and steep tsifrovki - that's what makes 
this game appealing. But fans can be seen in Kovrov quest'ov 
bolzhe Fan RPG, so only the 2 nd place. 

   In the third place game - Event of the Year - Raven Black, 
Vyacheslav Mednonogova. I think there is nothing Gauvreau is 
not necessary, and so all clear and understandable. The game, 
which brought a revolution in the world gamedev, deserves the 
first place, but after many months of its output confidently 
holds the third place.

   As it turned out, carpets, just teeming with artists;) 
Although this fact can be easily explained. Admittedly, no 
project can do without the graphic design, and where it can 
best be done? Of course in the Art Studio. Otsyuda and 
leadership the first place. (Although for some Art Studio - not 
just a tool for the design of programs, but a means to 
creativity, flight thoughts and fantasies. Fortunately, and 
there are such people in our town). 

   No matter how one program can not do without the graphic
design, so it did not cost and without any glitches. STS has 
long been has established itself as one of the most needed 
programs. Probably not a man who would not have to use STS'om 
by Stalker. In addition, STS - hackers best friend, and, 
presumably, such people are found in Kovrov too ... ;) 

   Alasm v3.8c by Alem - one of the most popular assemblers
at the moment. Evidence that it occupies third place.
Fans of this assembly can be found in any city of Russia and
especially the CIS countries. (However, I am not one of them.) 
Quick speed assemble, tasmovsky interface, which all have 
become accustomed, many new and useful features that support 
enhanced memory - are just a few reasons for its popularity

and the third in our TOP NN.

   New, but has already become a popular St. Petersburg 
magazine Spectrum Expert now resting on its laurels of the 
winner. Best vyuvka text downhole interface, nice animations, 
and, of course, an interesting article (which, incidentally, 
can and should do more), earned him first place in our hit 
parade. We all look forward to hearing from X-Trade 
continuation of this wonderful publication. 

   Just one point behind the SE all well-known monster
among the magazines, which became the most popular in Russia
and the CIS - ZX-Format by XL-Design. However, he had to double 
up and skip forward confidently makes his way to the masses 
Spectrum Expert. The sides hope to competition from St. 
Petersburg as colleagues ZF will only benefit, though the texts 
it is still interesting SE (but that's just my opinion). 

   The third place has already found its fans and has acquired
considerable weight in the world of electronic publishing, the 
journal of the Kemerovo group PlayGear - Deja Vu. I do not know 
how anyone, but I like it interesting lyrics and great music, 
but the interface I would like to better. However, third place 
deservedly so.
