magazine SPECTRUM PROGRESS. World of Spectrum multifaceted, 
and, hopefully, we'll show it with some kind of new to you 
hand.

  Now about the magazine.

I would like to just speak briefly about the purpose of

and prospects - All this to our magazine. And if after reading 
the next issue to you, dear Readers will come thoughts on the 
discussion problems, and you will feel involved

(At least mentally) in the development of the Spectrum, then
can be assumed that the journal fulfills its
mission, and we, its creators, not in vain
toil.


  We are aware that in the case of our non-operational work, 
and as a consequence, the publication date information, log 
will be useless to you. Therefore, understand that the 
periodicity of the regular rooms should not exceed a month. 
However, in the near future most real time - a half months.



  This is not due to lack of material, and the need to prepare 
it for publication. We strive to release modernly designed 
magazine corresponding to today's level of programming (all the 
same magazine - electronic!). This requires some time, but we 
will continually work to automate the process preparing 
material for publication. Something significant in this 
direction has already been done. 


  In addition, we try to make reading the magazine a convenient 
and enjoyable. The result of the above improving service, 
you'll see in each new number.
