   In this issue, using a "window", formed in connection with
summer vacations, we would
apply to all domestic
programmers who write their own
own programs, as well as
our apparatchiks who are developing new devices for
Speccy.


   The editorial board of "SPECTROFON"
offers programmers to publish your games and demos
program of whom you now
work. All work (except the demos) are paid, if
decision on publication.


Your programs may be published in our magazine as a
protection, and without it. It depends on your desire.


   To ensure that your program was published need to send us an 
application letter with a brief description of the program and 
indicate way to communicate with you. If we zainteresuemsya 
your proposal, then contact you and discuss terms of 
publication, your fees and other organizational

questions. Then you send us
program, we test it and
contact you for a final resolution of all issues.
After that, we will send you a fee, and the program includes
next issue of the magazine.



   We are interested in any of your work: applications, games, 
theoretical developments and as circuit design and hardware 
solutions, "sinklerovskih" problems. In short everything to do 
with "ZX-SPECTRUM". 


   PRINCIPLES OF PAYMENT FOR YOUR WORK

   --------------------------
1. Originals.


   The most "expensive" for us and
for you are the original program. That is, those from
beginning to end, written by you.
These works are paid at the maximum rate. In the
inflation the maximum rate is constantly changing and therefore 
we do not will talk about specific numbers.



   Amount to be paid for the original design assumed to be 100 
percent. Of course, the originals are good

paid above the mediocre. Thus, the original game,
system program are paid
to the maximum.

2. Alterations, improvements of known programs.


   This category includes
work that is written on the basis of already known games and 
software programs. A classic example is the Two versions of the 
game ELITE - Novosibirsk ELITE-ELITE-3 and 3 (THD). The authors 
of these games have written new version to the finished 
material. Such work shall be paid in 75 percent of the original 
payment development.


   Certainly, the work can be
well done (Novosibirsk
ELITE-3) and well-paid, or
done directly (ELITE-3
THD) and, accordingly, the payment
such work is significantly lower.

3. Program, translated into
