              1. FROM THE EDITOR



   Well, finally, was born the seventh number of our newspaper, 
the first and only Uzbekistan. Despite any ups and downs, he 
still saw the light. And we hope that in future it will. We 
apologize for almost a year coma in which there was WP.


   WP is often compared to ... ZF!? Do not think bad - refers 
to the intervals between successive numbers. Do not need us

criticized for the delay. Or rather need, but
with understanding. First, until recently, the scarcity of 
information. Secondly, basic lack of time. Third, a sense of

months:).
