I don't agree that TR-DOS is a bad system. Partially I agreed with Raver's article about TR-DOS, but I think that loaders must be readable for the rest of the scene. Gasman said that Russians must write BASIC loaders.

NO! BASIC loaders have very strong minuses (see MacBuster's article in SE#3)! So loaders of many demos which haven't real-time animation loading and other special loading effects can be written as a monoblock.

But it must be readable:

• start in 23872 (after REM from the 1st line)
• only #3d13 procedures

It's not hard to write a converter from this monoblock to Tape.

And all problems will be fixed.

I've just read your rulez magazine (or diskzine if you want =*)). Oh, I think that my English is very badly. =-( But I am writing this letter not to cry about my poor English…

First I wanna say that you are great people, coz you do something for Speccy. It's right that assssholes speak Russian, but same: assssholes speak that assssholes speak Russian. So, am I asssshole now, eh? Doesn't matter.

I've enjoyed reading some couple of texts about DOS-systemZ.

It's a real problem. In fact I have a Scorpion 256 with TR-DOS, but I say "Yes" to people who say that other systemz should… [No! They MUST] be supported too. So I haven't much time, so I can say only Goodbye…

First of all I must admit that SE rrrrrocks! God, that was just so fucking cool reading a newspaper from the West. (Raver, "fuck" is a universal and the most popular word all over the world indeed ;))) Guys, thank you for such a fascinating release. Here in Russia we just stuck in our own bore, so your Subliminal Extacy gave us some lsd for the brains.
