Competition - is it really possible that no one in our city can draw?

 Hello, gentlemen, artists and musicians
 edges!  What happened to you? Where are you all going?
 gone?  What  ?!  You haven't realized yet
 what am I getting at? Then I'll explain. I remember
 in the last issue we announced a competition for
 the best picture, cartoon or music. And
 what do we see?  We get everything
 one (!!!) floppy disk with pictures from SNEYН
 ALEX's! So we thought: is it really possible that
 in our city no one knows how to draw? Or
 just too lazy to go to the store? And that's what 
 we thought: choose a winner from one

 to the address specified in the 'ADVERTISING' section,
 or bring your work to MAX-
 WELL's home on Sundays from 11:00 to
