 Autumn.  The day has shortened and it's only a little over 10 o'clock
goes to daylight hours. From 20 to 26 October
the weather in the capital region will be unstable with temperature fluctuations

decrease to 0.-4°. Rain will alternate with snow.
 The highest temperature this week, +18.1°, was recorded
October 21, 1896. Of the recent years, 1989 - October 23 - stood out
In September, the thermometer rose to +16.1°. And distinguished by the cold -
Xia 1880 - On October 26, the thermometer dropped to -15.2°.
