                  1. How did this number appear...                  
                                                                
  Well as always, after we started getting together in a 'mansion'
from the piss party (inHistoric Square), I was bombarded with questions
type:                                                           
 - Was the last issue in the summer?...                              
 - And where is number 14...                                             
  U etc. But apparently no one understood that after the “success” of the pirate
12 numbers I lost all desire to make a newspaper, because
neitherthe shell did not allow the design to develop, nor did the material
it was.. U so, getting ready to sleep somehow, I lay down.. U here me
how npeccahet idea about the new shell... Of course it looks like it,
although  and look good (the design is stylish), but the most
convenience provides design tools... Well, I'm far from it
something stopped by...                                                 
  Well and the material somehow came up on its own... Shas, of course, mostly

codes, because some missing spektrumists were found in the city

By the way there is a warez for it, and if you get it there without warez
(as it was with number 11 - group Proxima get it without Varez-
la), then crucify your boss (or trader, whoever you have it with)
received), because Varez is very necessary for working with graphics...
