Attention: we kindly ask you to familiarize yourself with the changes in
rules in the application. You can also find out about

In all competitions, except special ones, must be present
at least three works from different authors, otherwise the competition will be
declared invalid and works may be shown outside
competition, voting will not be held on them.

Constructions of Chaos 000 will be held in the city of St. Petersburg
burg, byaddress st. Bryantseva, house 10, in the school building. (there
same where CC999 was held).
The venue may change, but the minimum will be confirmed

1) The use of drugs at the demo party is prohibited.
2) Any manipulations with the organizers’ equipment are prohibited
and participants of democratic parties without official permission

3) Smoking is allowed only in specially designated areas.
4) Foul language is prohibited.
5) It is prohibited to litter.
6) Presence of persons under the influence of alcohol at a party
regulated by the organizers/security.
! Violators of rules (1), (2) will be immediately removed from the party,

warnings.
! Two warning system:
1. After the first warning received from security,
visitormust either leave before the end of the current party day,
or find a guarantor - a person who is further responsible for
him throughout the party.
2. If the visitor receives a second warning,
both he and his guarantor are removed.
3. Works of persons removed from the art will not be excluded, except
cases of conflicts/issues that cannot
be allowed in the absence of the author.
! Attention, every visitor to the party (whether a participant or
just a spectator) will have to imagine any form
identification and sign the following statement:

It is not guaranteed that tickets will be sold at the same price at the actual venue.

Preselection is carried out in case of a large (more than established)
