third millennium party for the 8-bit ZX-Spectrum platform,
organized by CONSTELLATION international association.  This
The event was planned long before now and
You see the result of our efforts now. The main purpose of this
events to hold one of the best and highest quality virtual
party, providing maximum convenience in participation, accessibility
information and, ultimately, sound and most objective
results.  The most important thing is your participation, your work, your
activity. Let's enter this New Millennium with the best for
our platform with work and prove that our 8-bit
computer.  Support NUO'tm, do one or more work
compo and win!

 How to send work to NUO'tm?

Attention, each submitted work must be accompanied by
completed form of the participant and his work, withouther job is not
accepted.   However, this is not necessary for those who decide
use method [c].

Works for NUO'tm can be sent in three ways
                                             
[a] Via email, works on the following are accepted
addresses in trd, scl, hobeta, tap or z80 format. Completed
The form is accepted in plain text format.  Addresses, by

[b] Via snail-mail, works on tr-dos are accepted
5.25" and 3.5" disks at the address below. Completed

Please note that physical mail is not the most reliable
and a quick option. However, if you decide to submit your work this way

Through our website: http//nuotrauka.boom.ru , it is necessary

fill out the form, attach a file of your work and send it to us.

All work must benew, i.e. created specifically for
NUO'tm.  Upon receipt of your work by email, the participant will
notified that the work has been received, and after some time,
you will receive a notification that the work will/will not participate
on NUO'tm.

There will be no preselection at NUO'tm as such. However, to drop out and
will be disqualified or outright crap, for example
pictures "Karp" from FT'98, or work that matches
gross violations of the rules (for example, working without a completed form
participant and his work).

If after one week you have not received notification of
receiving/accepting a job, then you kindly request the job
forward.  This does not apply to those who sent work by
snail-mail.

The participant who sent the work via snail-mail and
who wants to make sure that his work reaches
organizers can send notification letters.  ) All
claims in this case are made only by mail.

Works will be accepted until March 15, 2001 inclusive.
We kindly ask you to pay special attention to the deadlines and
try to fit into them. After the deadline, work will be
sent to all participants by email. Others will be able to download them
on our website, or send a request by email or snail-mail.
Next there will be a vote that will be available
alsoin similar three ways by email, snail-mail or
on our website.  Results will be announced approximately
early to mid April. The winners will receive Diplomas and maybe
anything else. Follow the press and our updated website.

Any compo will be successful if both
minimum 5 works.   Each submitted work must clearly
satisfy the following conditions.  Total quantity
compos 5.

[1] compo AY-music.               

rulez: Accepts a music module compiled with
address 49152(#C000), written in any currently known
moment editor.  Alterations of other people's Spectrum vehicles are prohibited.
works  Auditory remixes, processed/remade are allowed
conversions from other platforms.

Maximum 3 minutes.           

limit: Maximum 1 work per author.

[2] compo Graphix.                

rulez: Standard graphic file (6912) is accepted. Prohibited
alterations of other people's Spectrum works or new versions of old ones
works  Any mention of the author or group (nickname,
logo, etc) in the image area.     Allowed
processed/remade conversions from other platforms.

limit: Maximum 1 job fromauthor.

[3] compo 1k-intro.               

rulez: Accepts code block + starting BASIC file, value
code block should not exceed 1024 bytes. Audio support
welcome.

time: Maximum 3 minutes.           
limit: Maximum 1 work per author.

[4] compo Ascii.                  

rulez: Accepts a text file in ZX-Word format, size
64x24 characters (standard screen with 64-character font).
Pure conversion is prohibited.

limit: Maximum 2 works per author.

[5] compo Announcement            

rulez: Compo consists of announcing the winners, who, in the opinion
participants of this compo will be among the top three winners of the above
compo.  For compo, a special form is used, which can
fill out for everyone who wants to participate. Compo reveals
the most observant and successful stager.  Only one thing
prize place.
