Uncle Nightmare Stories: Santa Claus's Phone

When we were teenagers we liked to visit from time to time
old city cemetery. It wasn't passion that drew us there
to mossy graves and rickety crosses, and the desire to listen
stories of the cemetery watchman Uncle Nightmare. Of course
this ancient old man with a thick gray beard had
and an ordinary human name, either Ivan Semenych, or Boris Ivanovich,
but we never called him anything other than Uncle Nightmare.
He wasn't offended. The old man loved nightmares, and every one he told
to them history was so permeated with primitive horror
and fear that to this day, remembering the dark evenings spent
in the cemetery, we feel genuine anxiety and slight
trembling in the knees.

One day Zhenya, our incorrigible excellent student and best student
class, asked Uncle Nightmare:
- Do you know anything about Santa Claus? Who is he? And why does he give it?
gifts for children? Natasha, the most beautiful blonde in school,
  hastened to add:
- And, in general, what can you chat with him about and what can he have?
  ask?
Uncle Nightmare thought for a second, scratched his fingers behind his ear and
replied:
- Okay, listen, guys, the story about Santa Claus's phone.

But the idyll did not last long. It all ended in one blizzard

After a lively discussion in the smoky kitchen, Aunt Marina
drew the line: “You have been invited to a conference inMoscow?
So, go ahead. I'll stay with Mashenka and try to cope
with her illness. Don't mind. I guarantee it won't get worse."

The parents reluctantly complied. Just before leaving, parents
asked: “What, Marina, are you going to do first?”

It would be better if he didn't do this...

From the kitchen table she looked at those who entered with glassy eyes.
Aunt Marina, or rather her severed head, carefully laid
into an enamel bowl. The floor was covered in blood, they stood on the slab
two frying pans filled with still warm entrails, on
a woman's hand with a wedding ring lying on a cutting board
on the finger... The nightmare of what happened snapped its tenacious tentacles
on her mother's neck and she lost consciousness. Father limply
leaned against the wall, unable to even scream.

And then he heard a child's laughter. The voice is undeniable
