   We will not allow Russia to be split.  Pitaya
separatism, local "elites" are following the path
own death.

   Interethnic peace and harmony are for us
highest values.   We will restore fraternal
relations between all Russian peoples.
Let's implement the state program
national policy. We eliminate hostility and discord,
provoked by the "democrats".      Let's support
compatriots abroad, we will help them settle down
refugees and forced migrants.

   Rejecting any separatist attempts, we
at the same time we welcome and support
national revival of all peoples inhabiting
the expanses of our Fatherland.  Development of national
culture and traditions of every people of Russia goes
only for the benefit of the general revival.

   We know: there are no “bad” and “good”
peoples  Such a division is an evil invention
racists and fascists.  Every nation has its own value
its unique appearance, its unique culture.

   We see: everyone suffered from “radical reforms”
peoples of Russia.   Apart from a pathetic bunch of cynical
politicians, no one bought anything. Exactly on
Gorbachev, Yeltsin and their henchmen are to blame for
blood, tears and suffering of all our peoples
multinational homeland.

   We understand: today in Russia the keyquestion
is the "Russian question".  For a country where 85
percent are Russians, the basis of the national
politics should become a unique rescue program
Russian civilization. Revival of the Russian people -
the backbone of the Russian statehood, the collector
and the unifier of all the peoples of the country.

   The collapse of the USSR led to dire consequences.
The connections that have developed over centuries have been broken. Destroyed
system of political and military alliances,
ensuring the security of the country.  Aggressive
US policy and NATO expansion to the East are becoming
real threats to our independence.
It is urgent to begin a new collection of lands -
the process of gradual revival of the union
states.

   We will unite all honest people who have not lost their love for
To the Fatherland of state and public figures.
Let's improve the internal political situation. Decisively
we will speed up integration processes throughout
space of our Motherland. Therefore, the first priority is
the most important task for us will be voluntary
reunification of Russia, Belarus and Ukraine.

   We will be able to once again gather the fraternal peoples into a common
strong family! Our children will live together again,
mighty Union!
