mutually beneficial relations with CIS countries. Republic

Russian interests, a springboard for foreign
aggression against our country.

   Preventing US and NATO dictatorship in
planetary scale.  Aggression against fraternal
Yugoslavia - a dire warning for all peoples

Arab world. Great development potential lies
in Russia's relations with Vietnam and Iran, Egypt and
Syria, Iraq and Libya. Should be fully
restore ties with friendly Cuba.

European countries, be it Germany, France,
England, Italy or Spain.

   We are certainly interested indevelopment
constructive and equal relations with the United States.
Cooperation is always better than hostility. But
interfere in our internal affairs and hinder
