   Where do we start?

   Today the most important vital interests of Russia
are:

   First, saving the people, immediate
ending the policy of genocide unleashed
the current regime.

   Secondly, maintaining the state
integrity and territorial unity of the country.

   Thirdly, quickly overcoming the economic
devastation.

   These pressing issues require action
urgent measures. And we will take such measures.

   1. We will carry out constitutional reform, the essence
which is to increase the responsibility of the authorities to
by the people.  The Constitution must finally become the basis
political stability. Guarantee of rights and freedoms
citizens.  A reliable barrier on the path of authoritarian and
separatist attempts. Russia never again
will not be a field of experimentation for the greedy and
irresponsible rulers.

   2. We will provide every citizen with prosperity and
security. Let's restore confidence in the future. We'll pay it off
debts on salaries, pensions, benefits and scholarships.
Let's index them.  We will provide light and heat
every home, hot meals and textbooks - every
schoolchild, medicines - every hospital and
clinic.  Doctor and miner, teacher and officer,
the peasant and the engineer will finally feel that
the state is seriously concerned about their needs and
problems.

   3. We will decisively reduce tariffsfor fuel,
energy and transport.  Let's ease the tax burden.
We will create all conditions for domestic enterprises to
expansion of production.  Let's suppress the mafia clans,
dividing almost the entire
the country's economy.  Production and wages
will grow steadily.   Prices are stabilizing.
Purchasing power will be restored

   4. We will stop the robbery of the village. Let's restore
price parity.   We will set up production of modern
agricultural machinery.  We support all forms
management.   We are implementing a revival program
Russian village, developed by Agrarian
Industrial Union and Academy

society social, national and religious
hatred.   Violate freedom of speech.  Corrupt
children.   Humiliate women and the elderly.  Spit on
defenders of the Motherland. Desecrate our great history.

   8. We will ensure the state unity of the country.
Let's create a reliable economic base for the local
self-government.    Enterprises and commercial
organizations will pay taxes in those regions
where they actually work, and not at their formal place
registration.  Relations between the center and subjects
Federations will be built on the basis of a clear
division of powers and shared responsibility for
state of affairs in the country. First of all, we will help
regions of the Far North and Far East.

   9. We will suppress crime, especially
organized.    We will provide it to law enforcement
authorities have everything necessary for a merciless fight against

home, the dignity of a woman-mother,
women workers.  Protection of motherhood and childhood,
support for large families, assistance to orphans and
disabled people will again become a priority of the state
politics.

   12. We will restore justice and equality
in the field of national relations. Let's do everything we can
protect the traditions and customs of all peoples.  Their
dignity, culture, language and faith will be reliably protected
state.

   13. Russophobic practice of Yeltsinism, which caused
terrible wounds to our people will occur immediately

power, will find its rightful place in all spherespublic and state life.

   14. We will remove all contrived obstacles on the way
integration of Russia, Belarus and Ukraine into a single
union state. Let's unite all fraternal peoples

   15. We will revive the country's defense capability. Army
will again become a people's favorite.   Intelligence services
get rid of endless shake-ups and
reorganizations.  The reconstituted Defense Council will establish
coordination of all law enforcement agencies and will ensure
Russia has reliable external and internal security.
