   Hello!


   New design graphic splash to Nicron-y, especially
for the 113th number, performed by Eugene Goljakova (Spencer 
Winset / Diamond Group). As they say, in the spirit of the 
times ... 


   From events in Moscow in the field of Spectrum (and about) 
the past week - the victorious return of "Antares" from the 
festival CAFe'99, held in late August in Kazan. Edition joins 
in congratulating the Champions! 1 place in Demo compo on the 
Spectrum - "Devotion" (c) Antares; EA took First and second 
place in music competitions at the PC, FIL won in the chart on 
the PC, plus another third place in the same competition with 
other jobs! A Konex demonstrated mastery of the popular 
beverage consumption in the Coca-Cola Drink compo;)!
