Charter SPbZXNet - Charter Network SPbZXNet v2.18.

1. Review.

2. Determination SpbZxNet.

penalties under the Charter, until the user disconnects for up
to three months.
The duties of the Coordinator and includes: weekly
node list, contracts with other networks or operators gateways,
coordinating mail routing between hubs and gate within the
network.
2.4.1 Election Coordinator.

the Council. Coordinator may be chosen any person having a
