ZXNet - A new version of the network directory.

   Despite the regular session, rose sharply volume of 
information, transmitted via the INTERNET. Network grows. Not 
all owners of modems in Moscow using postal network 
capabilities, Many are happy working with BBS.



   Published another version of a network directory. Do not be 
surprised if you do not find your address - I have repeatedly 
asked for updates on the new standard. Also completely cut off 
from the links, users of the former sites 095/350 and 095/500. 
High probability of closing the site 095/401 and global changes 
in Network DITRONIK. You see, the surviving nodes, which have 
more active users. 


   Routing in the Moscow branch ZXNet not fixed, but
varies depending on the quality of communication channels. All 
problems resolved within 2-3 days in working order.



   At the moment the most promising sites for the users are 
095/550, 095/462, 095/460. 


   At the previous Council, the network was presented to the 
next project Charter ZXNet, characterized in that it often to 
change the point removed from the main text in the Appendix. 
Please send your suggestions! 


   Also due to the fact that the Regional Coordinator of the 
network is overloaded with communication problems with other 
cities and states, large volumes of foreign correspondence, it 
was decided (and defined by the Charter) on the election 
coordinator ZXNet network 095. 


   Thus, the present coordinator of the Moscow ZXNet (095):
