THE BEST SOFTWARE OF 1998-1999 ACCORDING TO THE KOVROV SCENE
After all the conducted and unconducted parties of the current
Saturday, such an unhealthy thought appeared in my head,
that how long can you vote for the real one?

diplomas and shouting THE SCENE IS DEVELOPING. Fuck you all!
What a fucking development. There are fewer and fewer soft makers.
It is unprofitable and unfashionable to be a software maker. They are not noticed at all,
although everyone uses their programs. Everyone screams and argues
vomit about the coolness of the plot over the code, or vice versa. It's all KAL!
Programs that you most often drive into your memory
computer, relate to either Games or Systems. And the best of
they were written before '98. You may not agree with me,
argue, but Black Raven - 97 and Alasm4.1 coupled with STS6.2

programs that can outdo these monsters. But because everything

direction. Among the spektrumists of our small city

there are not many in Kovrov, but we unanimously voted on four
nominations. The last one, the fourth one, was added purely for the sake of
interest - what does Kovrov prefer: Forever's plot
or Refresh Code. As far as I remember the Scenergy vote
gave the palm to Forever, npokomehtupobab, that
they say, the truth has finally triumphed. But Kovrov decided
otherwise, the truth is this: Refresh was three times ahead in points
Forever.
It would be nice to have more nominations, but for the first
times, I think it’s not bad anyway. For example, it would be nice to divide
magazines and newspapers (as trueVel noted), but at the same time,
a good newspaper cama can stand up for itself - BornDead fucked everything
existing magazines. Bravo Unbeliever!
I understand that a vote of 15 people cannot reveal
the true picture of the Best Software of the Scene, but we did not pursue
such a goal. The main thing is that Kovrov chose his favorite programs and
expressed his personal gratitude to their authors in the form
personal diplomas. People, I'm sure, will enjoy hanging
diploma at home and tell someone who happened to come in,
to a non-computer friend "Yes, my program turned out to be the best in
Kovrov". If he does not know such a city, then explain to emy
fingers, what exactly do Voskhod motorcycles and machine guns do there?

cities and then each city will choose its favorites and reward
