This issue of the newspaper was mainly formed by Maksagor, Cyberdaemon
and Hippiman - now I’ll explain why.

In September, Nikolai Grivin, whom I
began teaching assembly language programming (it turned out that this
Nowadays they don’t teach it in college). I took the assembler for the Z80 because
for it, as we all know well, there are many utilities,
emulators and debugging tools. During the training process it was written
a huge bunch of different programs - tetris, snake, tanks,
raytrace (another version of that famous basic one, even fit into
kilobytes and 300 seconds), but among other things were returned
from oblivion projects of the multitasking operating system NedoOS and
graphic editor Scratch to match the color to the point. This matter
busy almost all the time, writing is generally going well,
so I don’t want to interrupt.

NedoOS provides user programs with CP/M-like
environment plus the ability to order and switch memory in
the top 3 windows of the address space. File files work
FAT12/16/32 systems (via FatFS - thanks to DimkaM) on IDE and
SD card (thanks to Savelij13), as well as TR-DOS. Supported
memory according to ATM2(+) and ATMЗ standards.

NedoOS, Scratch, as well as cmd.com and Nedovigator utilities
are periodically posted for connoisseurs along with source codes
(contact us), but the real release of the system is stillI don't do it because
that the set of its functions is rapidly changing. Plans to screw it on
NedoLang and write a text editor so that you can
work fully without going anywhere.

When I was writing Scratch, I discovered a glitch in the 8col editor and made it
version 0.14.

Managed to make it to the NedoPC party on October 6, where
at the urgent request of Lord Vader, Listh showed his tongue,
bolted to the 3D engine from Info Guide #12. Lord Vader successfully
I managed to figure it out using recursion and define the postfix plus :)
There I also showed the Scratch graphic editor for the first time. When
it turned out that new versions of Unreal Speccy do not work on
computer KOE, and only those collected in MSVC work.

Maksagor, for its part, made an ANSI graphics viewer for OS
TASiS (press "4").

Fyrex is slowly developing Unreal Speccy Portable for memory
ATM. For this purpose, I sketched out a ROM firmware with a port test.

SAM Style has added support for the palette from DDp to the Xpeccy emulator.
We are waiting for you in Unreal Speccy :)

Arwald did not enroll new students this year
direction of 2D animation. Playing some kind of game with the old ones, no
can find a notebook with a Rusted Souls script.

Cyberdaemon and Hippiman sent their ideas to improve
playability of Spectrum games (press "2").

Hippiman himself has now improved the scripting system in his engine
DizzyAgeZX, so now you can write in this script
full-fledged subroutines - for example,password entry system.

^mOOh^ sent new old Soviet software for Speccy, I’m raking it
:)

John Silver and I are studying Russian style in music, we made a couple
tracks for the game "The Little Humpbacked Horse", written by Flash_ZX, further
stuck. John proposes a new idea for a music editor
- displaying notes in the form of horizontal floating sausages
widths and different colors, with recursive grouping. He promised
find time and come to us for Sasha’s first birthday (and
Dasha is already 3 years old - how time flies!).

Graf Gray/OHG developed the first player for NeoGS with support for 8
channels - Neo8 Player, with support for IDE HDD and SD card.

Utz improves the MDAL format (now with a completely abstract
structure) and is written by the Bintracker editor. In the meantime he sent
old Soviet article about computer music:

A friend of mine found an interesting thing. A certain Rudolf
Zaripov doing algorithmic compositions on URAL-2 in 1959/1960.
http://www.mathnet.ru/php/getFT.phtml?jrnid=dan&paperid=23732
&what=fullt&option_lang=eng
Not exactly what I'm looking for (which is music actually played
on mainframes), but still interesting. Seems the guy also
continued this work later on BESM-6. There is something I could
use your help though. On page 4 of his paper there is what
appears to be some sort of flow chart of the program he used.
Have you ever seen this syntax before, and/orcould you point me
to an explanation on how to read this schema?

Can anyone decipher this algorithm on page 4?

In general, I think the next issue of Info Guide will have something to talk about
write :)

And Lord Vader and Ansy had a son, Timofey, on October 26.
