 A big, big hello to everyone!       
 Everyone waited and waited and finally got it
first issue of the new Novosibirsk newspaper
"Za Rulem".                               
 We think no one needs to explain that
car news has nothing to do with ours
The newspaper has nothing to do with it.  But why
then the newspaper has such a strange name -
