IBM invested a million dollars in DB. Can you imagine

By August 1993, IBM had assembled a working prototype of 10 nodes.
The current version of DB is an IBM RS/6000 computer
SP2 with 32 processor nodes. Each node contains a board with 8
processors; their total number is 256. The program is
written in C language, now for the IBM AIX OS. Search depth
