        "Приветfrom sunny Neftekamsk!" - that's exactly how we 
we begin all our letters and it immediately becomes clear to many that this is 
"Moderation Group". But who are the “moderators” and what do they do? 
Not everyone knows about doing Speccy. Therefore, I, Ruslanych, 
as the ZX organizer of the group, I decided to shed light on the darkness of the unknown 
ness of our team. I advise anyone who is interested to stock up 
patience, chips and beer. ;) I think that after this article you will

Group "Moderation" was organizedon July 26, 1998. B 
The group consists of 5 people. Main activity on Speccy: 
information and software for users ZX-Spec- 
trum in the cities: Neftekamsk and Agidel. Unfortunately, in
