One day, in early October, I received a summons to the military registration and enlistment office. I
I realized that I urgently need to get a certificate from the institute stating that I
I study there. It seems like nonsense. But nothing is easy

It would have taken a week, but I needed it sooner. Having heard that
a certificate can be ordered at the student desk /in the new building/,
then get the dean's signature /in the old building/, then go
to get a stamp from the student office, I decided to do it. What's it like
I was surprised when they told me at the student desk,
that such certificates are not given here. For clarification I went to Pri-
the guy who told me this. To my question he answered:
“Then I actually took a certificate there, but when I came to the de-
Kanu, he looked at me with square eyes, declaring that he
de will not sign. I took the certificate to the vice-rector, without looking
due to the fact that I was categorically forbidden at the student table
do it. The vice-rector, taking a certificate, advised me to come tomorrow."
After this speech I was completely confused, and
I decided to order a certificate from the dean’s office.A week later I valid-
thoroughly policed. This is the kind of confusion that reigns in the Moscow State...

to be shot. There were scary documents hanging around, like “CRIMINAL
RESPONSIBILITY FOR EVADATION FROM MILITARY SERVICE", etc. But in
all titles contained the phrase “CRIMINAL LIABILITY”,
which didn't make it any easier. An unfriendly atmosphere hung in the air.

But the guard reluctantly let me back in! Having returned, I again
stood in line. Then all the conscripts were sent to a medical examination
this. Warrant officers would periodically walk by and shout something like:
“Everyone move away from the office, quickly!!!” "Aren't they in the army?have you been given orders?" I thought. From time to time I heard the phrases: "Well,
how many are unfit today?" - "Five." An hour later. "Well, more
five?" - "No, already ten?!" The military registration and enlistment office was clearly not happy with that
I'll give the schedule to whom. Well, not only to rejoice at them.
... When I left the military registration and enlistment office, I had a feeling of complete
greater peace of mind for your future fate. What else should
experience a person who hears one word “UNGOOD”!

P.S. Although this story (like all the others) is based
on real facts, but a lot of things in it are invented or thought out
me, it’s not for nothing that the section is called “REFLECTIONS”.
