  Наверняка многие знают, что в конце сен-
тября  в  Санкт-Петербурге  прошел конкурс
ENLIGHT, в котором выявляются лучшие демы,
графика, музыка,  эффекты за прошедший год
на нескольких компьютерных платформах.

ENLIGHT'96 OR WHAT ELSE CAN SPECTRUM!

So, in PETER the long-awaited
all amateurs   SPECCY  competition   -
ENLIGHT'96.  To this congress of demomakers
had high hopes and that very
strangely, they were justified.  Below you can
read the full list of seat allocations
in all competitive nominations for all
participating platforms. But at first I didn’t
so many facts, thoughts and just text!    
                                          
Samara has long been famous for its ENLIGHT'o-
youtraditions. Back in 1995,

QMG,working on IBM PC, took several
prizes, including first places in
demo compo (GLITCH) and real time coding. 
In  this year  QMG  presented demo
HEllriZER  which took only second
place.  According toMAXSOFT'this happened
due to the fact that there were too many people on the jury
"Satanists" who voted for
NOSFERATU  - a vivid example of "Satanist"
demo.

After   viewing  demo  on
AMIGe, all demos with IBM seem boring and
left. And even what came withENLIGHT
not   exception! Although, justice is
di, some intros were even very good
hee.                                       
                                          
About our dear ZX DEMO, we can say:

brief.  First place was taken by ILLUSION
(X-TRADE),which cannot be called the most
cool demonstration, but the fact that it

recognized giants of demo-buildings, groups
RUSH (ex-DMS) and CODEBUSTERS.

You can retell your impressions hundreds of times
from watching ENLIGHT'ov's demo, but how
It is known that it is better to see once than a hundred
