 Any use of materials from the NEXT newspaper only with
 consent of the author of the issue.  When reprinting, link to NEXT
 required.    Using ideas and texts without
 agreement entails immediate fuck without warning.
 This rule is not in the list of rules in NEXT#00, and
 therefore it is mandatory only for those numbers
 the author of which is me. Other authors can enter their own
 additional rules.

                              -------
 Another amendment to the rules for publishing the NEXT newspaper has been adopted(by the way, at the request of A. Nikiforov): if there are more than 10 numbers
 done in a row by one author, the newspaper is automatically considered
 liquidated due to violation of the idea of objectivity and
 independence.

 So, before the implementation of this amendment, if not
 nothing special will happen, there are two numbers left (0th - not
 counted).
