after NEXT #01 is done. And frankly, if Word
I didn't owerwrite, so the BBS opened earlier today. STS
We managed to tear out only the last 10 sectors. I don't know, but

At first, I remember, I wrote about how stupid it is to call yourself
independent publications, if you do not allow criticism in your address.
As an example of obvious stupidity, the following quote: "newspaper
is independent and there are no claims in this regard
are accepted."   I want to say that not a single one is like
Spectrum, but even state. The newspaper is not independent.
Even NTV is not independent, in the full sense of the word,
although please note: this is a PRIVATE COMPANY. Until then
something is done by a FEW people, even with all their desire
subjective opinion will be present.  So please note:
objectivity is more than independence!

Next, I think I introduced the term: controlled independence. Hmmm...
Complete nonsense.   In general, in order to combine independence and
objectivity of the newspaper should be based on public opinion and
be controlled by it.

Again, I regret that the 1st issue turned out to be similar to the TOP. I'm not at all

one day, that's for sure) as the chief and only editor
NEXT newspapers and make your entire issue without any pressure.
And it shouldn’t look like the TOP at all. You can write what
whatever and whateverthe more individual numbers will differ - the more
better.   Individual NEXT numbers are not independent and
objective. They are purely subjective and dependent on their author.
But the newspaper as a whole will be absolutely independent and objective, so
how she represents the whole range of opinions and gives everyone a voice,
who wants. And in general, it’s a bad idea to imitate the TOP. Better
do something original.
