Rules for publishing the newspaper "NEXT" Ver.001

1. The newspaper "NEXT" is a daily independent network-wide
edition. Distributed as a text file. No more than 64
character in a line! Size - 10..25 (?) sectors.
2. Anyone can become a newspaper editor for one day, including
including those who do not have a modem, but have access to Zx-Net.
The person providing this access bears full responsibility for the release
numbers.
3. To become the “NEXT” editor, just submit it immediately after
output the next number file "NEXT.W", where you indicate your name,
date and name of the BBS where the next one will be presented
number. If you are not a member of Zx-Net and someone provides you
access, you must specify his name. In case you
call a BBS and there is already a "NEXT" file there, then you obviously
we were late. However, if the data in the "NEXT" file is incorrect: not
the specified BBS works (or does not have accreditation), or this
the user is subject to penalties (see below), then you

4. BBS sysop is strictly forbidden to expose

will submit applications in the form of their current schedule. It's also possible

7. You can send an application for one of the network users
(by agreement). However, in this case you also bear
responsibility for issue release.
8. It is prohibited for the same author to publish two issues
in a row (exception: public opinion - clause 10)
9. You can write anything you want, except that
prohibited by the legislation of the Republic of Belarus. Swear words are not allowed, but
are replaced by dots and icons.
10. Public opinion can support what you like

13. Penalties.
First of all: from the very beginning the publication of the daily newspaper NEXT
will be based only on your integrity in following the rules.
However, if obvious incidents occur, it may be necessary
