today I will tell you how to do it at home
make a case for some device. well
for example, like a box like this. for this you can
use, for example, multi-layer plywood. the thinnest
- about three millimeters thick, and the thickest -
about a centimeter. the most important thing is that they are suitable
the size of the piece can be found somewhere - a thread on the street, if,
of course it’s not winter outside (freebie!), or just -
steal from where - the thread! (freebie too!)

I, for example, when it was necessary to create a body for my
amplifier (I mentioned it), I looked for it first on
streets - I didn’t find anything, then I took it, and in all three
twelve floors picked out the signs that were hanging
there next to the elevators (such as a cargo-passenger elevator,
load capacity - 2ChOkg! etc.). it is clear that the elevators
were not needed, they even bothered them (embarrassed them?), so I gave them
helped (get rid of complexes). and maybe there is an elevator in each
there were two signs in the house, then I got six signs! with
stock is shorter. and the other side on which they werelettering I
I painted it with black - very black paint! and nothing is visible.

you will also need a long square wooden
a block, about 1*1cm or 0.5*0.5 thick (depending on what
box size), and about twenty screws
small. they can be bought at any suitable store,
they are very cheap, so don't worry!

so, once you have found the material, you can start
to the point! estimate what size the box is (in
centimeters), write it all down on a piece of paper (height/width
each wall), take a ruler and a pencil and draw everything
walls on plywood. now it's time to saw - saw - saw
(fucking awesome!). It's best to do this with a jigsaw if
who doesn't know - it's like a saw with small
replaceable files! cut them carefully, and if you have experience
(sawing) you don’t have it, then the file is fucking broken and nada
will look for another.

oh, by the way, so as not to litter the house, you should wear boots and
go with a sawmill and plywood, tofor example, on the balcony. but
beam - this is also your home, and it may not exist yet
(balcony in the sense). so it's better to go to the entrance
(yours). and there, right on the railing, you can cut everything out. not
hurry up, otherwise you'll cut it off crookedly! you can your friend
call him to help hold it, it’s easier to saw.
a neighbor came out - make an impudent face and drink calmly, you know
- there’s (your) house nearby and nothing bad will happen!
tell me - I’ll finish it - I’ll take it away! when everything is ready, go home,
loudly slamming his steel door (with two locks and
with a convex lock) let him clean it up himself, you fool! speckman
not born to clean entrances, by the way!

and so, you have one plywood - bottom, four plywood
- walls, and one - the top (type cover) is now on
mark the block according to the height of your box so that there are
four (bars). Well, if the box is five cm high, then
saw off four by five cm!. now - into the entrance and
drank. ready? Now it's time to collect the box -
screw time take the bottom and place it standing at its corners
bars. and drive a screw into each one. screw it on
in short the bottom to them.
[screw-driving theory in three lines]
a screw is not a nail, and therefore it goes where you want it
screw it in first, you need to drill a hole slightly the size of
less of it, and then screw it in.

now that you have the bottom with sticking out of it
bars, attach the side walls to them and
screw them on now too. just make sure the screws are in
the bars did not bump into each other. now all that's left is
just screw the top wall, maybe in the process
operation it may be necessary to remove it, it is better
attach special screws to some threads, with large
caps, for example (this will make it easier to screw them on /
unscrew).

here your body is ready. you can paint it now
some thread of paint from a can - it will finally be cool.
It is convenient to attach the device parts to the bottom using some kind of thread
cogs.
you can also make something like this from
fiberglass, (from which scarves are made) i.e. exactly
the walls are also cut out, but they are connected using
soldering the seams with a soldering iron (hot, 40 watts and
more). but this is relevant for super-little ones
cases, because, firstly, it is very expensive, and secondly
- the strength of such compounds is small, and if it
knpumepy will step on your club-footed friend with his hoof, then
he's a wreck!

by the way, my first scorp was in exactly this case!
(the bottom was iron) made in spb. and he paints
It was painted black, it was easily torn off with a finger. but
It was written on it in a stencil - “sinclair!” and block
Uebansky power supply to the floor - ampere (ms9016), the only
what was good about it was the big red LED,
which blinked when the overload protection was triggered (and
it worked regularly by the way)

and for that matter, then a small box can
make from thinmetal, for example, from several
some batteries, tear off the iron casing and
normal. (that piece of iron with all the inscriptions on it), with a hammer
straighten it and cut it with regular scissors. soldered
Such glands are normal, so everything will go smoothly!

Just like that, I told you everything I remembered!
good luck with body making!
