Satprem.
Sri
Aurobindo,
or
journey of consciousness.
I become what I perceive in myself.
I can do whatever the thought puts into my mind;
I can stand up to everything that thought reveals in me.
This should become a person's unshakable faith in himself,
For God comes in him.
I remember once very long ago, when I was ten years old,
my father took me to a lesson that yoga wanted to teach us
came from India. Not many of us gathered, just enough
How many people can fit in a simple student classroom? All of us
were young, but I was the youngest of all.
Yoga was a real yoga, in regards to his parrot-like, bright
clothes and beards. He sat on the table in the lotus position and
spoke, looking at us with his deep, meaningful gaze.
I may not remember this look, but I definitely remember
solemnity and pomp in the air.
He taught us meditation. I repeat: I was ten. And he taught
us meditation. The moment he made us believe in
the fact that we are standing on a high mountain and there is a sea of love around us
He opened his eyes and looked around. The whole class sat with their eyes closed
and meditated! Maybe someone was pretending, but still I felt
creepy... creepy funny and meshouted. - Help, I'm falling!
Everyone laughed, I became famous, but yoga immediately lost its
composure, there was poison in his eyes. I was kicked out of class
then my father beat me as punishment.
This was my first meeting with a real Indian yogi.
If I had known then that one day I would grow up and be
truly gain this ability to calm your spirit. I
I will meditate. In order to stop drinking, in order to forget FREED. So that
just live.
Being carried away by poetry, I was forced to look into the door of Sri
Auribindo. Indian poet, philosopher and prophet. Catch a share
eternity...
And I saw them in the twilight of centuries,
Sun-eyed children of a wonderful dawn...
What, like giants, destroy all the obstacles of the world...
These are the architects of immortality...
And bodies illuminated with the light of the spirit,
Keepers of cherished words, mystical lights
And the cups of joy of Dionysus...
***
Earthborn, submissive to both power and fate
In the endless world, pathetic adventurers,
O gnomes - captives of the vale of man,
How long will your mind spin like crazy?
Around your pathetic selves, your despicable little things?
Constant insignificance is not your purpose...
Vain circling - this is not what you were created for
After all, omnipotent forces are hidden in every atom of nature.
And your lot is great - after all, it is before you...
The life you live
The light hides you from you.
***
Deep and longI'm digging
Among horror and dirt
Bed for the song of the golden river
I have a thousand and one gaping wounds.
***
Scattered in unknown depths,
Her radiant smile
The silence of the worlds was lit with fire.
***
That secret enemy that is hidden in the depths of nature
A person should be smitten by you...
Or will you not fulfill your highest duty?
You cannot avoid this internal battle.
I like it, a breath of someone else's drama, a little smarter than poetry
FREED-s. But not so emotional.
