In 2034, after the Earth
almost died in the almost outbreak
war, the UN Council decided to disarm
all major nuclear powers and form
united peace corps.
After twenty years of existence
the corps was disbanded as unnecessary
tew, and all bases and factories are mothballed
Vans. But man is by nature an ag-
aggressive, and politics is a delicate matter, and
after several political conflicts,
almost expanded into a military one, it was decided
but to allocate part of the surface of Mars for
conflict resolution. To the wishes of the colo-
