festival? - Probably no one, except for those who need it. The 
backbone of it is "SPECTRUM", then he must take the initiative

programs and new technology, they are familiar with people,

computer platforms, deprived the state and charitable support, 
but have a huge amount of their supporters and admirers, 
enthusiasts in the best sense of the word. And in that vein,

festivals. And if a place is, indeed, among the guests, not 
more. ENLIGHT'97 sponsored computer companies, professionals,
