     If I make a mistake somewhere, please do not be offended 
(in Minsk reigns mess). 


     At this point in the Belarusian capital

similarity to the computer scene. Indifference and chaos filled 
the place of creative Employment and uporyadochnosti.


PRO HACKER DYNASTY - ICE yells that they are engaged in design 
projects (games, prog and others) on three platforms. I hope

this is so. On the list of immediate release
Groups can be found in the article "REVIEW
NOVYA ???". SNAKE everything insists on the continuation of
"PARADOX" and plans to release the first
number of this newspaper.

ZX-LEGION - in his spare time the third issue of the journal
ZX-ELEMENT, and a couple of issues and EROTIC
BUHENWALD. TORNADO should nakodirovat DeMouy "HALL OF FAME" 
(maybe nakodiruet). SPECTRE completed the toy "ANY TANK". In 
the draft a few more prog, but who know they come out sometime?


RAGE - completed the MONSTRLAND, kodyat DeMouy on
FUNTOP'98. WOLF promised to write a couple of intro
for the Legion.

SMOKERS HACKER GROUP - probably will continue to produce their 
own newspaper "BODY". 

ASPHYXIA - exactly half of the team, June 30
leaves the Spectrum for the year, replacing it with a service 
in doblesnyh Forces of Belarus. TANKARD, and this was his take 
on military service yet dopishet its DeMouy MORBID VISION to 
"wire" (the words FREEMAN'a). And he FREEMAN says that the 
group will continue its business and further affirming their 
words release a KOLOBOK ZOOM whole one second and its new 
development, already serznoy game (name not yet invented).

MYTHOS - Che-encodes it little by little. Igruhu
and prog with windows coded - this I know for sure.


     It turned out the composition of the Belarusian 
sinkleristov to visit Moscow festival FUNTOP'98. Hopefully, 
this command is not reduced in number when it's time to buy a 
ticket, but rather increased. And while the list of those who 
are currently prepared to leave:

compo.

Hopes to make the trip based on FUNTOP'98 fourth issue of the 
journal ZX-ELEMENT.

MYTHOS - not quite sure, but the desire to have emigrated to 
Russia. 

SPECTRE / OB / LGN - if you have collected the money,
