   First DeMouy, "Dust" from Que-X, full

festival, one can only guess

influenced the friendly atmosphere at the festival.



   In general, the outcome: the festival was close to failure, 
but organizers still managed to finish it, but good rating for 
this count, of course, do not have - and the organization was 
assessed as follows: from the triple-minus to triple-plus 
(some, however, put the four net:)). But as the holiday itself 
CC'000 - communication spektrumistov and submitted works - was 
estimated at 4.

P.S. There are oddities in the first place.
