a regular basis will appear on the Tornado station, Sokol post

  To write a letter to the user SpbZxNet in the echo area no 
further action is trebyetsya. Availability SpbZxNet-ovsky 
address in parentheses after the name in the "To:" maybe, but 
are not required. 


  To write a letter to the user SpbZxNet netmeylom it
should be directed to adresy 2:5030 / 362.11 and in the "To:"
contain SpbZxNet-ovsky address polychatelya in parentheses 
after the name, for example: 


                  To: Vasya Pupkin (812/99.99)
