its own, the Belarusian newspaper. Names are not say - it may

So somewhere in September released a second number. There will

really cool stuff. As far as I know, it supports almost all

   But I'm really happy for each post that someone
somewhere decided to publish the newspapers, not the magazine. 
Edition of the magazine - the honorable thing, but too 
troublesome if you want to look decent in front of readers in 
comparison with spectrophone and Zx-Format'om. For the same, so 
that the paper was interesting and needed, need one - the 
presence of even a little interest to the potential reader of 
thoughts and ability to express them. Unfortunately, quality of 
these sometimes less valued than the scanned chart. Therefore, 
a newspaper - it is certainly a necessary but thankless. 


   By my estimation, of the number who saw the "ON-LINE", 70 
percent and no kerf, why is it I is not there at Mouzon in each 
section, the sprites in the text and "huh, it finally can such

   And why am I writing all this? Not because, in fact, what I

newspapers ...) or the results of the hit parade of electronic

newspaper from a small reading room and a huge pile of material

calculations that has to be "in the case of the ON-LINE and 
other Moscow newspapers that use similar programs. 


   Or maybe I'm wrong? Let's argue, dear readers! Let's come up 
with a "perfect-reader, and it is easy to create ...

publishing ... 


   So many questions received regarding SPECTROFON'a - why has 
not the 20 th issue and whether it will do (unfortunately, many 
seriously the statement by editors of SF on their departure for 
America and, accordingly, the termination issue of the 
magazine)? 


   First, try to explain why the next release so delayed and 
why, actually, I answer these questions ... 


   The editorial board, which produces SPECTROFON, slightly 
increased expense of acceding to the two others. First, it 
well-known to you Anton Markin (runner-up to the final results 
in the schedule for the ENLIGHT) - as an artist, and secondly, 
no less famous OLDMAN - as a technical designer and one of the 
encoders. That last a whole work, and "slow" ... 


   But seriously, the look of the magazine, due to the above 
innovations, has changed ... for better or worse - the question 
is certainly interesting, but the inner content is still cool: 
a great article about ENLIGHT'e with scanned images, written by 
an eyewitness - editor in chief Yuri Matveev, interviews with 
militant hacker the results of the hit parade of games and 
electronic editions of the Odessa section "Design" may answer 
questions about the Kempston-and-mouse game "Shadow of the 
beast" ... I will not everything tell ...
