Opening (introductory) section to the collection
replies to letters from users Spectrum'a, received by the firm 
C Nemo for the period from November 1998 



   1. Few of the collection.


   The need for such compilation
due to several reasons.

   Most users will ask some
the same questions. Much of these
questions are general enough
and, of course, require extensive comment. Uncommon situation 
where the user himself poorly understood, as asked, then 
answer, and not impossible. 

   Processing of correspondence is
too much time and would like to see the questions were more 
meaningful. 

   After getting acquainted with the contents of the shell,
